If you are not 100% with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund within 20 days from the date you made your purchase.

 

Any products must be in the same condition as we shipped it and in the original packaging (if there is) with the proof of purchase.

Please note that we can not offer refunds on pierced jewelley for the hygienic purposes.

EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return the unsuitable item to us for a refund, and then place a new order.
Refund will be processed via the same type of payment as soon as possible after we received the item. It can usually take up to 30 working days from the date you sent the parcel until we processed the refund. The funds then should take another 3-5 working days to appear. But don’t worry, we will keep you posted!
